Our customers have been telling us to make an adaptor so they can put their umbrella in their flagpole mount when they are stopped and hanging out on the back of their boat, we listened and came up with an adaptor to work on all of our flagpole mounts. The adaptor slides over your umbrella pole and tightens down with a thumb screw. When you get to where you are going and want some shade simple remove your flagpole, install umbrella and re-install safety coupler pin. This adaptor works with umbrella poles 1 5/16" outside diameter or less.
